Southern Economic Zone

The Southern Economic Zone is a large-scale industrial development area located in the southern part of Debrecen, in close proximity to Debrecen International Airport. Developed along a unified concept, the industrial park plays a key role in the city’s economic growth and hosts numerous high value-added investments. The park accommodates multinational corporations, their suppliers, as well as Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises, with a strong focus on electromobility and high-tech industries. The infrastructure of the Southern Economic Zone is being developed in phases, tailored to the needs of incoming investments, and is continuously expanding.
